Mock-ups and/or production will not be scheduled until the invoice is paid in full. Turnaround is 3 weeks from date of invoice payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). No refunds can be awarded on orders once in production.

Please be aware that mistakes during production can happen. We try to minimise any misprints or mistakes but occasionally they occur. We will always try to fix/replace any issues which we are proven to be at fault for. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your order, we ask that you please send us an email with photographs as soon as you receive the order.
